Two quick checks so I can make this perfectly accurate:

1) Do you use any analytics/marketing tools at all (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel), or is it a simple brochure site with no tracking?

2) Do you onboard clients only by email, or do you use any client portal / accounting software that clients upload documents to?
